Pick a network tab — MTN, AirtelTigo, or Telecel — then tap the bundle you want. Checkout opens right away with that size and price already selected. Enter the recipient's number, review the total, and tap Pay to complete payment with Paystack.
MTN: dial *124# or *156#, or check the MTN app.
AirtelTigo: dial *504#, or check the AT app.
Telecel: dial *126#, or check the Telecel app.
Open Track Order and enter your Order Code, MoMo Transaction ID, or Paystack Reference — any of the three works.
You'll see the order number, data volume, order code, current status, and date — plus quick actions like Notify Me When Delivered, Report: Data Not Received, WhatsApp support, and Refresh.
Once your order shows Delivered, a Report: Data Not Received option appears under the tracking result. Tap it, upload a screenshot of your data balance, and submit — you'll see "Report received, we're looking into it," and the tracker will show a Report under review status until it's resolved.
If the site shows your order as failed but you received a Mobile Money confirmation, keep that MoMo Transaction ID — you can use it in Verify Payment to locate the order.
Open Verify Payment and enter your MoMo Transaction ID, Order Code, or Paystack Reference. If found, you'll see the sender name, amount paid, bundle purchased, recipient number, order time, and order code — with a Track My Order button to follow up.
Each network shows a Recent Speed (in minutes) and a Delivery Speed indicator, based on how recent real orders were delivered — it's an estimate, not a guaranteed time. When a network is paused, an Orders in Queue count is shown instead.
When MTN is temporarily paused, a 🔔 Notify Me option appears — enter your WhatsApp number and we'll message you the moment MTN is back, free of charge. No order is placed.
